HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You can start by calling now or scheduling a time for Alli to call you. The introductory phone call is time set aside to learn more about you and your private Yoga needs as well as address any questions you may have.

WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED?

You’ll need a mat, two blocks, a blanket, and a strap. It’s okay if you don’t have everything yet for the introductory session but for continued practice, I recommend getting the following items:

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE NEIGHBORHOODS YOU LISTED. WILL YOU TRAVEL TO ME?

We provide private Yoga sessions throughout NYC. If you are outside our designated neighborhoods we may be able to accommodate. Schedule an introductory call to discuss scheduling, travel arrangements, and rates. 

WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT?

If we are the right fit for your needs, we ask clients to commit to 10-20 sessions meeting once, twice, or three times per week. 

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Private yoga rates are comparable to private psychotherapy, personal training, and bodywork rates. We’ll give you a quote on our phone consultation. 

I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE. IS THIS FOR ME?

Yes! We love working with beginners.

I HAVE AN INJURY/ILLNESS/DISABILITY. CAN YOU WORK WITH ME?

Alli is experienced in teaching yoga to people with a range of health conditions. We’ll discuss your specific needs on our phone call, and make sure you work with a teacher who has the skills to give you the best experience possible.
