Our sessions focus on private Yoga lessons that encompass the full needs of the practitioner. Your Yoga practice is a special time set aside for you to create a deep and meaningful relationship with your mind, body, and spirit.

Our work together will ground your practice in personalized postures, meditation, and Yogic philosophy to provide a deep and inspiring experience. Each private yoga session is deeply individualized and connected.
Your private yoga program is inspired by:
Vinyasa - An active and athletic Yoga practice. This practice links rhythmic movement with breath within a dynamic sequence
Yin - This deep grounding practice focuses on maintaining passive poses for longer periods of time. Yin poses open connective tissue and stimulate organs.
Restorative- A practice supported by various props within deeply relaxing poses to sooth the nervous system.
Adaptive/Chair - A gentle opening sequence support by a chair or other props curated specifically for injuries, illness, or trauma.

HOW DO I start?
Call, give us a call or schedule a time for us to call you. This is a time set aside to learn more about you and insure we are the right fit for your needs.
Schedule, we come to your home for your introductory session. Together we will determine your Yoga needs and explore what you're looking for in a private Yoga practice.
Practice, we co-create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with yoga sessions that are perfectly curated to your body, lifestyle, and schedule.
If we are the right fit we ask our clients to commit to a 10 - 20 session private Yoga program.
