Suggestions for a Mindful Quarantine

I hope this finds you safe and healthy nestled in your home with your loved ones. We've been in quarantine a long time now and we owe ourselves a moment of gratitude for helping out our fellow neighbor by practicing social distancing. It hasn't been easy and it hasn't been fun but we are doing it! We are showing up and it's making a difference <3 

I wanted to send out some more self-care recommendations because if your anything like me your quarantine may need a little personal development facelift at this point (my family has respectfully asked me to stop baking brownies every week lol).  

Netflix, Zoom happy hours, and baking are all great! But for now I wanted to send some more mindful reading picks I am loving as well as some journal prompts that are helping me navigate this time mindfully.
