Yoga Books For Social Distancing
As we all navigate these crazy times I am keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers. I am teaching private yoga lessons virtually from my brother's home in Maryland until the city settles down. As many of you know my brother is a librarian and books have always been a large part of my family's life especially during difficult times,
Below is a list of books my brother and I have relied on when navigating times of change and transition. Some of these books are yoga and Buddhist inspired while others offer heart warming perspectives and support.
I will continue to keep all of you in my heart as we navigate this time!
In health,
